UC Clermont

Message from UC Clermont College Dean, Jeffrey C. Bauer

Consistent support from University of Cincinnati alumni and donors like you brings our mission to life: UC Clermont aspires to be a beacon of accessible education, where affordability and opportunity empower individuals to achieve their dreams. By cultivating strong connections between students and our faculty and staff, we inspire a community of innovation, growth, and lifelong impact.

UC Clermont is a place that ignites transformation — changing the trajectory of our students’ lives. This year, there are more than 4,000 students enrolled at UC Clermont. Many are first-generation college students who need our collective support to help them feel connected with our Bearcat family.

Funds that need your support

  • The Fine Arts Classroom Fund For more than 20 years, the UC Clermont Art Gallery has inspired creativity, enriched lives, and brought people together through the arts. From local and national art exhibitions to theater performances by the Calico Children’s Theatre, UC Clermont has offered students, faculty, staff, and the public a world-class fine arts experience, right here in Batavia, Ohio. UC Clermont is launching an endowment initiative to position the college as the region’s hub for fine arts programming. Building an endowment will make it possible to sustain and grow a robust performing arts series, support the Calico Children’s Theatre and ensure high-quality student, faculty, and guest artist exhibitions in our 1,000-square-foot gallery located at the heart of campus in the Snyder Building.
  • The Clermont Bearcats Pantry provides free food, hygiene items and cleaning supplies to UC Clermont students and alumni in need. Demand for the Pantry has remained high since the pandemic, and we have responded to all requests by creating custom grocery lists for students and alumni to pickup at their local store of choice.
  • The UC Fund for Clermont provides supplemental financial aid to keep at-risk students enrolled full-time and on track to complete their degrees; and provides instructional technology support to effectively access online courses.
  • Kelley Career Scholarship Fund supports students who delayed their entry into college after high school and is now pursuing a degree in a career-oriented academic program.
