Bearcat Battalion
The Bearcat Battalion is the foundation on which we cultivate and produce future military officers. Our purpose is to ready our cadets for their upcoming assignments by instilling leadership, planning and decision making through community outreach, university outreach, and professional development events.
Our goal this year is $4000! This will help support the annual Fall Cadet Luncheon and the Spring Cadet Awards Ceremony this coming academic year. These events showcase cadet accomplishments, acknowledge their hard work, and celebrate their dedication to the program.
Our cadets seek additional funds to participate in civic enrichment activities, such as local race events and marathons. Supplementary money will further enhance our students’ UC experience by allowing them to be more involved on campus and in the surrounding community.
The Bearcat Battalion cadets are committed to selfless service for our country, becoming better leaders, and to be adaptive and ethical thinkers across the state of Ohio and the world. A financial contribution will assist in fostering a more advanced classroom experience as well as improve leadership opportunities. Our goal is to enhance the program and provide a top rate education that goes beyond course studies.
