The Women of Lindner Innovation Fund seeks to elevate a broad range of women's initiatives across the college. The ultimate goal of this fund is to support efforts to continue to recruit and retain more female students at Lindner, particularly in programs in which women are underrepresented.
This is a new fund, and #GivingTuesday is an excellent opportunity to promote the fantastic work happening with the Women of Lindner Innovation Fund and allow alumni and donors to invest.
Supporting women in underrepresented majors trickles up to supporting Lindner alumnae working in underrepresented fields. This is an industry-wide problem, and the solution begins at Lindner. Increasing the presence of women in underrepresented areas leads to more inclusive business practices and successes.
