Why support the College of Arts and Sciences on UC Day of Giving?

The College of Arts and Sciences is the University of Cincinnati’s largest and most diverse college, providing a liberal arts education to more than 7,900 undergraduate and 700 graduate students. Since its beginnings in 1819, the College of Arts and Sciences has grown to become the mainstay of an urban, thriving Research 1 university with more than 400 faculty, offering 70+ degree programs in natural sciences, social sciences and the humanities. Donors like you make a difference in the College Arts and Sciences every day but our transformational journey is far from complete. To reach our vision, we need the ongoing support of alumni and friends who believe in the life-changing impact of a high-quality liberal arts education. Your continued philanthropy is deeply appreciated.

Double your impact with a UC Day of Giving Match

Dean James Mack will be matching all gifts to the newly established Arts & Sciences Global Citizenship Innovation Fund and the Arts & Sciences Graduate Student Support Fund, up to $5,000 for each fund.

  • The Arts & Sciences Global Citizenship Innovation Fund encourages interconnectedness with our global community on our campus and across the globe.
  • The Arts & Sciences Graduate Student Support Fund allows students to focus on their research and education by alleviating the financial burden of research costs, conference attendance, professional development and more.

.

Additional Funds that need your support

  • Gifts to the UC Fund for Arts and Sciences are unrestricted funds that allow us the flexibility to support the areas of greatest need within the College.
  • Gifts to the A&S Fund for Environment and Sustainability provide unrestricted support to the new School of Environment and Sustainability and the Environmental Studies degree program
