The UCMC Neuro-ICU Revitalization Fund: When the health and function of your brain is one the line, every second counts - the first 48 hours of care can make the difference between life and death. Our goal is to redefine the way in which we deliver care for our patients with the most complex neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, brain tumor, and traumatic brain injuries.

The James J. and Joan A. Gardner Family Foundation recently made a leadership gift to lead the charge in transforming our neuroscience inpatient care unit. Matching gifts to this fund provides access to a level of advanced care that is important not only to our patients with complex health journeys, but also to our Cincinnati community should anyone unexpectedly need this level of acute care.
