Axtell/Porter Family Med Student Emergency Fund

The Axtell/Porter Family Medical Student Emergency Fund provides emergency financial assistance to currently-enrolled MD student in the College of Medicine who are experiencing an unanticipated hardship resulting from an emergency and/or crisis situation.

Your gift will support immediate and unforeseen needs of students aside from tuition so they can focus on academics such as but not limited it: rent assistance, vehicle/transportation issues, unexpected medical expenses, etc.

The Axtell/Porter Family Medical Student Emergency Fund will be matched, up to $5,000, by Drs. Lucy Axtell '78 and John Porter '78.
